Job Description
Project Manager leading CRM onboarding, upgrades, and change requests for Navanta's community bank technology solutions. Coordinating customer-facing projects across scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project management for customer-facing projects, primarily onboarding new Navanta CRM customers, upgrading on-premise customers, and handling change request efforts
- Coordinate projects to ensure completion on time, within budget, and within scope
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize project status
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Align project objectives with organizational strategies and clarify objectives for the team
- Identify and manage required resources efficiently and effectively
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide consistent and clear project updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure project management deliverables align with evolving PMO standards
- Monitor and analyze project performance to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Implement and manage change-control processes when necessary
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
- Work under the leadership of the Senior Director of Product Delivery - CES and collaborate with team members across the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience preferred
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the financial industry or a technology-focused environment preferred
- Strong understanding of project management discipline, deliverables, and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
- Basic understanding of core banking principles and banking application ecosystems
- Basic understanding of CRM principles and ability to quickly learn the CRM solution
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal, written communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
- Ability to travel occasionally for internal company events
- Ability to sit, use hands, talk, hear, stand, walk, and occasionally lift/move up to 10 pounds
