Job Description

Project Manager coordinating creative work and client communication at a Canadian performance creative agency. Focused on managing multiple client accounts with a strong emphasis on deadlines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work across the agency's creative pipeline, from strategy intake to final delivery
  • Manage the day-to-day flow of work using the agency's custom project management tool and Slack as your primary working environments
  • Support the founder with client-facing tasks: sending quick updates and reports
  • Plan and prioritize work across the team, balancing capacity, deadlines, and shifting client priorities
  • Run the agency's working cadence: kickoffs, status check-ins, deadline reviews, and post-project retros
  • Spot bottlenecks and inefficiencies in how work flows through the agency, and propose improvements
  • Use AI tools to draft updates, summarize threads, automate repetitive ops, and offload busywork from you and the team
  • Onboard new team members into the agency's tools, workflows, and client context
  • Surface risks early, flagging delays, capacity issues, or scope creep before they become deadline misses

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project management experience at a creative, marketing, advertising, or production agency
  • Working knowledge of performance marketing and paid creative is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Hands-on experience coordinating work across multiple client accounts or projects in parallel without dropping balls
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar)
  • Comfortable picking up new tools quickly, including a custom internal tool you'll be onboarded into
  • Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily workflow
  • High ownership mindset
  • Calm under pressure and methodical
