Job Description
Project Manager delivering festival production and infrastructure projects for Live Nation. Managing suppliers, commercial agreements, project data, operational efficiencies, and sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects across the Festival Operations portfolio
- Lead workstreams within production and infrastructure
- Build and manage supplier relationships
- Identify new commercial opportunities
- Support negotiation and ongoing management of supplier deals
- Partner with event teams to deliver projects collaboratively
- Drive cost efficiencies, operational improvements, and sustainability initiatives
- Collect, analyse, and organise project data
- Manage meeting administration, action tracking, and documentation
- Meet regularly with Live Nation departments and external suppliers
- Lead delivery and ongoing development of production-related workstreams
- Research supplier opportunities and assist with commercial deals and rate agreements
- Monitor supplier agreements, active deals, rates, contract terms, and service levels
- Act as day-to-day contact for production and site/infrastructure suppliers and resolve queries
- Track supplier performance, deliverables, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with event teams and attend site visits as required
- Support sustainability, efficiency, procurement, and supplier engagement initiatives
- Prepare project documentation, action trackers, meeting agendas, notes, and post-project reviews
- Support project governance, stakeholder updates, and deadline tracking
- Assist with legal and contractual documentation
- Coordinate administrative implementation of IT solutions and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support process improvements and cost and operational efficiencies
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and project data records
- Handle commercially sensitive information discreetly
- Undertake additional projects across the Festival Operations portfolio
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar position within the live events industry
- Strong understanding of the festival and outdoor event business
- Knowledge of festival and outdoor event management and team structures, processes, procedures, design, capacities, and methods is highly preferred
- Strong task management abilities
- Self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Very organised and disciplined with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanour, especially in stressful situations
- Ability to demonstrate integrity, communicate effectively, work flexibly in a team, proactively seek solutions, challenge inefficient processes, remain enthusiastic, adapt to change, and maintain accuracy and completeness
- Ability to work full time plus additional weekends and evenings as required
- Ability to travel across the UK and Ireland
