Job Description
Project Manager leading implementations of 73 Strings’ AI-powered data, monitoring, and valuation platform. Partnering with private capital firms to optimize workflows and client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations independently as Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert
- Manage implementations for sophisticated private market investors across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Real Estate, and other strategies
- Develop, refine, and train the team on implementation best practices
- Create and maintain implementation artifacts to drive successful client outcomes
- Monitor customer health and engagement and address potential issues proactively
- Collaborate with product development teams to create and enhance portfolio monitoring and valuation features
- Partner with clients to optimize data strategies and integrate technology stacks
- Deliver high-quality client-facing materials explaining complex project requirements
- Work with leadership to improve implementation and client onboarding experiences
- Partner with technology and SME teams to develop algorithms and workflows that automate critical tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- 2 to 5 years of experience in professional services within financial services, private equity, investment banking, fintech, or related industries
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies
- Proven track record of independently managing complex client projects
- Knowledge of Private Equity and Private Credit valuation methodologies is highly beneficial
- Strong critical thinking and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with commitment to continuous learning, growth, and performance excellence
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to create and deliver audience-tailored presentations
- Working knowledge of APIs and SQL is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Power BI
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
