Job Description
Project Manager leading technical network infrastructure implementations for Presidio, a digital transformation and managed services provider. Managing clients, budgets, risks, schedules, and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope and duration
- Establish strong client relations and manage interaction and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Create detailed project plans and status reports
- Manage project issues, risks, actions, communication, and scope
- Manage project budgets and billing
- Partner across functional teams to deliver the best possible client solution
- Lead regular client-facing meetings during key project phases
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Serve as the escalation point for customers, delivery teams, Presidio teams, and vendor partners
- Support process improvement activities within the service group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 3–5 years’ experience as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical network infrastructure implementation projects and customer-facing experiences, or equivalent experience in an IT organization
- Ability to plan, organize, and drive projects to defined budgets and timelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Project preferred
- PMP knowledge preferred; certification preferred
- ITIL knowledge preferred; certification preferred
