Job Description
Project Manager at Pulley responsible for navigating permitting processes and client advisement. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff.
- Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously.
- Work with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting
- Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area.
- Skilled in using relevant software tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
