Job Description

Project Manager at Pulley responsible for navigating permitting processes and client advisement. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting
  • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area.
  • Skilled in using relevant software tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
