Job Description
Project Manager guiding clients through regulatory approvals for construction projects at Pulley. Overseeing permitting processes and collaborating with internal teams for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects progress smoothly, overcoming regulatory hurdles
- Collaborate with municipal officials to speed up approvals
- Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously
- Work with internal teams to improve Pulley’s platform and enhance the client experience
Requirements:
- 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting
- Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area
- Excellent communication abilities
- Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
