Job Description

Project Manager guiding clients through regulatory approvals for construction projects at Pulley. Overseeing permitting processes and collaborating with internal teams for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects progress smoothly, overcoming regulatory hurdles
  • Collaborate with municipal officials to speed up approvals
  • Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously
  • Work with internal teams to improve Pulley’s platform and enhance the client experience

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting
  • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
