Job Description

Project Manager guiding clients through intricate permitting processes. Collaborating with internal teams and municipal staff to ensure efficient project completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff
  • Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously
  • Work with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership to continuously improve Pulley’s platform

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting
  • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
  • Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials
  • Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency.
