Job Description
Project Manager guiding clients through intricate permitting processes. Collaborating with internal teams and municipal staff to ensure efficient project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff
- Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously
- Work with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership to continuously improve Pulley’s platform
Requirements:
- 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting
- Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
- Excellent communication abilities and talent for building strong relationships with clients and municipal officials
- Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency.
