Job Description

Project Manager coordinating cross-functional professional development delivery for Teaching Strategies, an early-childhood edtech organization. Managing timelines, workflows, RFPs, communication, and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project planning and successful cross-functional execution of Professional Development delivery initiatives
  • Develop project timelines and production calendars based on the product roadmap and PI planning
  • Develop and maintain processes for consistent programming operations
  • Manage information and distribute meeting notes with actionable items
  • Monitor incoming RFPs and triage new Professional Development requests for official responses
  • Organize and distribute data to inform Professional Development priorities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate communication, delegate tasks, and ensure completion
  • Establish notification, documentation, and escalation processes for project successes and risks
  • Develop innovative ways to delegate, track, and report on projects
  • Support a culture of growth, satisfaction, high performance, and positive relations
  • Develop cross-departmental working relationships
  • Champion new initiatives and continuous improvement in business performance and project management

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with all of Teaching Strategies' solutions
  • 2 years of related project management experience
  • Experience with Asana or a similar project management software
  • Proven administrative and organizational skills
  • Proven skill in Project Management and ability to multi-task on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Inspires a shared vision
  • Possess a strong ability to translate chaotic information into plan of action
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to partner and communicate effectively across different business teams and levels
  • Ability to delegate tasks
  • Excellent time management skills, punctual, and a strong ability to prioritize with a strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable, committed, aware, and drives the Teaching Strategies mission
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to build and deliver engaging presentations
  • Ability to thrive in fast pace, goal-oriented environments
  • Proactive and driven individual
  • Bachelor's degree required
