Job Description
SYNLawn Project Manager coordinating artificial turf project submittals, materials, production, and subcontractors. Reviewing scopes, managing change orders, and closing out completed projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate project submittals reflecting the project scope of work
- Assist the estimator by reviewing scope of work and pulling bid submittals
- Review awarded projects with the estimator, project manager, and financial manager
- Send introduction letters to owners
- Request shop drawings, material purchase order numbers, and subcontractors as needed
- Prepare and submit project submittals
- Request final shop drawings and roll orders after submittal approval
- Review and approve roll orders for production
- Send orders to production and order required project materials
- Communicate with subcontractors
- Keep Wrike updated with complete project information
- Ensure change orders are executed during projects
- Close out completed projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- 2+ years’ experience in project administration
- Experienced-level position
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Some travel required (30%)
