Job Description
Project Manager with Agile methodology knowledge in a Brazilian company. Seeking proactive individuals willing to learn and develop in project management.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Tracking and following up on activities.
- Organization, planning, and prioritization of tasks.
- Interaction with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Monitoring deadlines, deliveries, and performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Basic project management skills and activity tracking.

- Good communication for interacting with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable tracking deadlines, deliveries, and performance indicators.
- Proactive profile, eager to learn and grow in the field.
- Desired: Knowledge or experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, sprints, backlog).
- Familiarity with other agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Academic background or courses in project management, technology, or related areas.
- No extensive experience required — just knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and preferably Azure DevOps.
