Job Description
Project Manager leading Swisscom’s transformation of inventory and physical-asset management into a central resource-inventory platform. Managing teams, suppliers, migration, governance, budget, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of the inventory and asset management landscape into a centralized resource inventory platform
- Define the target vision and align business, IT, and suppliers
- Assume overall responsibility for the project
- Manage project teams as well as external implementation and consulting partners
- Analyze existing asset, inventory, and data landscapes and define the target state
- Ensure data migration, data quality, and governance
- Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholders
- Ensure the successful implementation of the solution
Requirements:
- University degree (ETH/university/university of applied sciences) in business information systems, business administration, engineering, or equivalent training
- Project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level B/C) is an advantage
- Several years of experience managing complex transformation and migration projects
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and working with suppliers
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
- Assertiveness combined with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
