Job Description
Operations Manager for digital wellness app seeking to automate workflows and improve market strategies. Driving the impact of a project aimed at combating smartphone addiction.
Responsibilities:
- You will directly work with Stephan who has built automated workflows all his life.
- Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments.
- Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results.
- Overall, building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job.
- Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month.
Requirements:
- Ideally you love AI tools.
- are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general.
- are passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing.
- have at least 2 years of work experience.
