Job Description
Project Take Off Coordinator managing ERP/CRM project data, irrigation designs, material takeoffs, and quotes. Supporting commercial services teams, contractors, and customers through project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process project opportunities by reviewing and managing incoming documents and information
- Input and maintain accurate project-related data within ERP, CRM, and other internal systems
- Prepare and deliver detailed customer irrigation designs and competitive quotes aligned with project scope and budget
- Maintain communication with internal operations, sales teams, customers, and external contractors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to streamline project processes and address challenges
- Monitor and track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Use technology and software to improve project coordination efficiency
- Travel occasionally as required by project needs
Requirements:
- Robust organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Technological proficiency with an aptitude for navigating various software systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors
- Experience in project coordination, estimating, and/or material takeoffs and/or irrigation design is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software applications
- Ability to monitor project progress and provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders
- Combined experience and education will be considered to satisfy this requirement
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
