Job Description
Remote client success specialist managing utility onboarding and billing for London lettings and sales clients. Supporting tenants and landlords during UK business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding procedures for new clients
- Send order forms and set up electricity, gas, water, and broadband accounts
- Confirm active utility service status before tenant move-in
- Respond promptly and warmly to incoming client queries
- Maintain company response-time standards and rapid turnaround
- Update and maintain client trackers and internal systems daily
- Resolve billing discrepancies and direct debit issues with clients and utility suppliers
- Handle service issues and complaints with care, escalating complex matters when required
- Use Claude and other AI tools daily to draft communications, manage administration, and streamline internal processes
- Serve as a primary client-facing anchor for tenants and landlords in the London lettings and sales market
Requirements:
- Excellent command of written English with a warm, professional communication style suitable for prime and super-prime market clients
- High level of personal organisation and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a demonstrated tendency to identify operational issues and suggest solutions
- Comfort and confidence in learning and using digital tools
- Willingness to adopt AI platforms like Claude daily (full training provided)
- Remote working capability with complete availability during UK business hours
- Previous customer service, client coordination, lettings, or property administration experience is a strong plus
- Required software skills: Facebook, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Claude
