Job Description

Provide comprehensive administrative support as a Property Manager Assistant for a real estate client. Responsibilities include email management, client communication, and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage email boxes, ensuring timely responses and organization of incoming correspondence.
  • Draft and create letters, memos, and other documents as the team requires.
  • Handle bylaw infractions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Upload and organize documents in relevant platforms or systems.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events for the team.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients to address service requests and inquiries.
  • Obtain and send out vendor quotes as requested by the team.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Condo Control Central, Condo Manager, and Excel sheets accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with property management or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing and organizing emails.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create professional documents.
  • Experience and proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for efficient task management and communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing several managers simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Condo Control Central and Condo Manager software is a plus.
