Job Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support as a Property Manager Assistant for a real estate client. Responsibilities include email management, client communication, and data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage email boxes, ensuring timely responses and organization of incoming correspondence.
- Draft and create letters, memos, and other documents as the team requires.
- Handle bylaw infractions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Upload and organize documents in relevant platforms or systems.
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events for the team.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients to address service requests and inquiries.
- Obtain and send out vendor quotes as requested by the team.
- Perform data entry tasks using Condo Control Central, Condo Manager, and Excel sheets accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with property management or a similar industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in managing and organizing emails.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create professional documents.
- Experience and proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for efficient task management and communication.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and managing several managers simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Condo Control Central and Condo Manager software is a plus.
