Job Description
Senior software engineer building secure, resilient Azure cloud solutions for NCR Atleos, a financial-access technology company. Managing DevOps, automation, cloud operations, and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with corporate network architects, cloud architects, and project teams
- Participate in architecture review board reviews to define project cloud infrastructure
- Secure the cloud environment by implementing security measures, monitoring threats, and ensuring compliance
- Oversee day-to-day cloud environment operations, ensuring services are available, performant, and cost-effective
- Manage platform maturity, governance, and automation in alignment with organizational policies and standards
- Drive technical changes needed for cloud adoption
- Manage technical solutions, business alignment, project management, and operations for adopted solutions
- Maintain a secure, efficient, and scalable cloud environment
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Engineering
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET application development
- Experience with REST API and microservices development
- Experience with API security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth2/JWT)
- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform and Azure Resource Manager
- Experience with HELM, ARM, Terraform, and ASO
- Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance
- Experience managing repositories using GitHub, including GitOps and Gitflow/Trunk Based branching models
- Understanding of virtual networks, subnets, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and VPNs in a cloud environment
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, encryption, key vaults, and compliance
- Preferred: understanding of Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Preferred: understanding of Secure Development Lifecycles
- Ability to travel 30%
