Job Description
Public Sector Contracts Manager managing compliant government contracts for ANM, an IT solutions provider. Supporting sales growth through reporting, contract vehicles, compliance, and E-Rate administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts for the Public Sector business
- Work with Sales Teams to obtain appropriate contracts
- Monitor and maintain contract status
- Provide necessary reporting
- Create contract audit reporting and contract compliance guides
- Collaborate with Sales Directors on public sector contracts training, including quoting and ordering compliance
- Audit monthly and quarterly Sales Audit Reports for accuracy
- Address compliance issues with Sales and/or Operations
- Partner with Sales Directors to expand contract use within assigned states and grow revenue
- Partner with Legal on new contract solicitation terms and conditions
- Manage new public sector contracts and ensure compliance requirements are met across Marketing, HR, Finance, Public Sector Sales Management, and Operations
- Complete weekly, quarterly, and monthly reporting
- Maintain Contract Price List management
- Handle general contract management, including serving as main contact, reviewing contract updates, and managing contract modifications
- Onboard new contracts
- Work with Marketing to ensure required marketing events are held for contract compliance
- Manage USAC Program compliance for E-Rate
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience working with Public Sector Contract Vehicles
- Strong Communication Skills
- Analytical skills to develop plans for reporting, monitoring, and generating new contracts
- Four-year College degree
- Familiarity with reporting tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance
- Occasional travel may be required
