Job Description
QA (Chatbot) responsible for validating and ensuring quality of conversational solutions for EVT. Testing chatbots and improving user interactions, especially on WhatsApp.
Responsibilities:
- Seeking a QA (Chatbot) to work on the validation and quality assurance of conversational solutions
- Responsible for testing chatbot flows, ensuring the correct functioning of conversational journeys, integrations, and business rules
- Validate bots integrated with digital channels, with a special focus on WhatsApp and chatbot platforms
- Ensure the quality of interactions, responses, and user experiences
- Execute functional tests, validate integrations via APIs, and identify inconsistencies in conversational flows
- Support the continuous improvement of solutions
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Requirements:
- Experience testing chatbots or conversational solutions
- Proven experience validating conversational flows and support/journey processes
- Experience testing on digital channels, preferably WhatsApp
- Knowledge of API testing (REST)
- Experience creating and executing test cases and producing test evidence
- Soft skill: collaborative team player
- Good communication skills and proactivity
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
