Job Description
Quality Analyst executing software tests for NEXDOM Healthtech, innovating health plan management. Contributing to software quality assurance and test automation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Perform software testing (regression, exploratory, and functional)
- Create and execute test cases, recording evidence and reporting results
- Identify, log, and track defects (bugs) through to resolution
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated tests (preferably using Cypress or Playwright)
- Ensure deliveries meet defined quality criteria
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, retrospective)
- Collaborate with development, product, and other teams to ensure quality
- Support test data and environment setup when required
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
Requirements:
- Knowledge of software testing concepts and fundamentals
- Familiarity with test types (functional, regression, exploratory)
- Basic knowledge of test automation
- Familiarity with Cypress or Playwright (junior/intermediate level)
- Basic programming logic
- Basic database knowledge (SQL for simple queries)
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and good organization
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Interest in continuous learning
