Job Description
Quality Assurance Tester meticulously testing and ensuring quality of Popl's software products. Collaborating with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and improve user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Meticulously test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app to ensure all updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to communicate issues and verify fixes.
- Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl.
- Organize and prioritize feature requests and bug reports to help guide our product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Extreme attention to detail (In your application mention “EATD”)
- Self-starter who is enthusiastic and skilled in troubleshooting
- General tech support experience with SaaS products
- Ability to troubleshoot technological difficulties
- Ability to work with our SQL backend (training provided)
