Job Description

RealNex CRM Specialist managing leads and supporting a busy Commercial Real Estate Broker in Manila. Ensuring prompt follow-ups and organized record maintenance for client inquiries during CST hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the RealNex CRM database
  • Update property listings, contact records, and lead information accurately
  • Monitor incoming lead inquiries and respond promptly via email, text, or CRM messaging
  • Qualify and route leads as needed
  • Track lead activity and maintain detailed notes within the CRM
  • Follow up with prospects regarding available commercial properties
  • Ensure all client and property information remains organized and up to date
  • Assist with pipeline management and lead tracking
  • Generate reports and provide updates on lead activity when requested
  • Support the broker with administrative CRM-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using RealNex CRM (required)
  • Experience working in Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred
  • Strong CRM management and data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to respond professionally to client and prospect inquiries
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working full-time during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
  • Experience with commercial property listings and lead management
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and processes
  • Experience supporting brokers, agents, or real estate teams
