Job Description
RealNex CRM Specialist managing leads and supporting a busy Commercial Real Estate Broker in Manila. Ensuring prompt follow-ups and organized record maintenance for client inquiries during CST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the RealNex CRM database
- Update property listings, contact records, and lead information accurately
- Monitor incoming lead inquiries and respond promptly via email, text, or CRM messaging
- Qualify and route leads as needed
- Track lead activity and maintain detailed notes within the CRM
- Follow up with prospects regarding available commercial properties
- Ensure all client and property information remains organized and up to date
- Assist with pipeline management and lead tracking
- Generate reports and provide updates on lead activity when requested
- Support the broker with administrative CRM-related tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience using RealNex CRM (required)
- Experience working in Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred
- Strong CRM management and data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to respond professionally to client and prospect inquiries
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working full-time during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours
- Experience with commercial property listings and lead management
- Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and processes
- Experience supporting brokers, agents, or real estate teams
