Job Description
Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring across multiple industries in Colombia. Involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring strong communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
- Source and attract candidates across different channels
- Conduct initial screenings in English
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain pipelines and update ATS systems
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience
- Advanced English level (C1 required)
- Experience recruiting for roles in Legal, Healthcare, Marketing, Customer Support, or similar verticals
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
