Job Description
Recruiter at Dhar Mann Studios engaging talent for a digital media company. Full-cycle recruitment for creative roles in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Run full-cycle recruitment for high-volume staffing needs across production, post-production, and digital support roles.
- Partner closely with leadership to source, screen, and help close key mid-to-senior level creative and corporate roles.
- Work daily with Department Heads to move candidates quickly through the interview process.
- Leverage social platforms, industry networks, and digital communities to engage digital-native talent.
- Ensure a positive, seamless, and responsive experience for every candidate.
- Maintain ATS (BambooHR) and recruiting trackers with high accuracy.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and candidate care.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in recruiting, ideally in creator or digital production space.
- Understand the modern social media landscape (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and familiar with creative and production terminology.
- Know how to spot the 'scrappy, entrepreneurial, social-first' DNA required to thrive in a top-tier digital studio.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Thrive in a fluid, fast-turnaround environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Genuinely excited about positive, motivational storytelling and want to help build a culture anchored in empathy and impact.
