Job Description
Recruiter specializing in high volume skilled trades for Talent Solutions RPO. Managing recruitment efforts across multiple locations and time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in supporting key client's business needs
- Drive all aspects of recruitment and customer service
- Handle 40-60 requisitions at a time
- Connect with motivated candidates
- Build relationships and pipeline of candidates
- Exceed client expectations
- Screen and assess candidates
- Drive client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce
- Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
