Job Description
Virtual skilled-trades recruiter supporting manufacturers through Talent Solutions RPO. Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Support a key client's business needs through full-cycle recruitment
- Connect candidates' skills to meaningful skilled-trade opportunities
- Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Market, screen, assess, and present candidates to opportunities
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
- Advocate for candidates and provide information and tools to prepare them for successful employment
- Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client and candidate satisfaction
- Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills and local labor and workforce-management dynamics
- Educate clients on the local market
- Meet performance targets and commitments
- Recruit for multiple locations simultaneously
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer
- Experience managing a requisition load of 50+ requisitions
- Experience recruiting for different locations simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Ability to execute full-cycle recruitment processes
- Ability to meet performance targets and commitments
