Job Description

Part-Time Recruiter helping scale Xantrion's Service Desk team by sourcing IT talent. Manage high-volume recruitment for IT support and field technician roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume recruiting efforts for IT support and field technician roles
  • Post and maintain job ads on various external job boards
  • Review resumes and conduct initial video screenings
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication throughout the process
  • Support offer and onboarding process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up for all candidates
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring IT support positions through sourcing strategies in LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Manage candidate databases (including tracking and initiating follow-ups) with the regular use of our internal ATS system.
  • Develop, nurture and maintain relationships with the candidate pool for current and future opportunities
  • Communicate continuously with the recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Identify areas of improvement and adapt to new technologies
  • Partner with Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and staffing needs
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably within IT staffing, MSP, or technical support environments
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with JazzHR highly preferred
  • An undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for entry-level technical or customer support roles
  • The ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles and leverage referrals
  • Strong time management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a high sense of urgency and motivation
  • Excellent command of spelling, grammar, and vocabulary usage
  • Able to take directions and learn quickly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Exceptional interviewing skills, including the ability to coordinate and execute follow-up emails and phone calls with prospective candidates
  • Familiarity with California hiring laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruiting process
  • Experience within the San Francisco Bay Area job market is a plus.
