Job Description
Recruiter managing full selection processes, from CV sourcing to interviews. Role requires autonomy and remote work from Blumenau, Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full recruitment processes (CV sourcing, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and preparing evaluations)
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process independently and remotely
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment and selection required, covering roles from operational to strategic levels
- Must reside in Blumenau or the surrounding region
- Own laptop
- Availability to work during business hours
- Advantage: currently studying for or holding a degree in HR or Psychology
