Job Description
Corporate Recruiter responsible for high-volume talent acquisition for Case Managers and Paralegals in a growing personal injury law firm. Engaging in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing AI tools for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for Case Managers, Paralegals, Settlement Supervisors, and Settlement Specialists
- Applicant review, candidate qualification, and pre-screening via phone or video
- Interview scheduling and coordination through our structured cadence
- Proactive sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, and referral pipelines
- Referral pipeline management and commission tracking for referred hires
- ATS hygiene, pipeline reporting, and process documentation
- Building and continuously optimizing your recruiting machine
- AI-powered workflow automation: using Claude and ChatGPT to screen at scale, draft JDs, and build repeatable processes
Requirements:
- 2–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume corporate or agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping quality
- Exceptional organizational skills and a bias toward systems over memory
- Strong communication skills — you represent our brand to every candidate
- Tech fluency: comfortable with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and productivity software
- AI proficiency — understanding and actively using Claude is a must
- Experience with ChatGPT or other LLM-based recruiting automation (Nice to Have)
- Background recruiting for legal, healthcare, or other high-volume professional services roles (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with commission-based or performance-incentivized compensation structures (Nice to Have)
- Experience building referral programs or managing referral pipelines (Nice to Have)
