Job Description
Referral Relations Specialist guiding substance use disorder clients from referral through care at Charlie Health, a virtual behavioral healthcare provider. Coordinating admissions, outreach, and referral partners.
Responsibilities:
- Own the client journey from first contact through the start of care
- Serve as the connection between referral partners, clients, and the Admissions team
- Keep referral partners informed about referred clients
- Partner with the Outreach team to move clients toward treatment
- Coach on pipeline strategy so the Outreach team's time remains focused in the field
- Identify barriers to care and escalate recurring patterns
Requirements:
- Experience in a direct client-facing role, particularly in the mental health field, preferred
- Ability to support pipeline management during key Central Time and West Coast time hours (11am to 7pm ET)
- Work authorization in the United States
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Familiarity with and willingness to use Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce, EMR software, and survey software daily
