Job Description
APRN Director at LifeStance Health providing oversight and support for psychiatric clinicians. Focused on coaching, education, and ensuring clinical integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and support for psychiatric clinicians
- Engage in coaching and education for new and tenured clinicians
- Enhance ongoing clinician professional growth and development
- Collaborate with Operations Director on clinical strategy and operations
- Ensure clinical integrity and compliance through monitoring and risk management
Requirements:
- PMHNP-BC certification preferred
- 5+ years clinical experience
- Experience in medical leadership
- Active DEA registration
- Active, unrestricted nursing and APRN license in state of practice
