Job Description
Regional Executive Director managing Assisted Living communities in Kansas City, ensuring service quality and team development. Achieving occupancy goals and providing exceptional care to seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living communities
- Achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals
- Supervision and development of all employees
- Ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations
- Oversee day-to-day activities
Requirements:
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
- Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
