Job Description

Regional Executive Director managing Assisted Living communities in Kansas City, ensuring service quality and team development. Achieving occupancy goals and providing exceptional care to seniors.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living communities
  • Achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals
  • Supervision and development of all employees
  • Ensure that the services provided exceed customer needs and expectations
  • Oversee day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
  • Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
