Job Description
Regional Field Marketing Manager driving regional campaigns, events, and demand generation for Renaissance, a global pre-K–12 education technology leader. Supporting sales growth across U.S. schools and districts.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales teams in developing and executing account-based or state-wide marketing plans that drive results
- Develop strong relationships with sales leaders to analyze CRM data including pipeline and growth-area opportunities
- Develop and lead field demand generation programs and campaigns
- Leverage account-level, state or national sponsorships to build new business opportunities, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate existing opportunities
- Support implementation, retention and renewal efforts with sales and customer success partners
- Build a regional marketing strategy aligned with sales goals and plans
- Interpret state/local market education dynamics to address state requirements
- Manage a marketing calendar covering demand generation campaigns, education-agency sponsorships, webinars, events/tradeshows, and market trends
- Partner with the event team to execute tradeshows, conferences and custom events
- Communicate state and local marketing programs and results, including ROI and KPIs, to sales and marketing stakeholders
- Partner with sales enablement and participate in sales and product training
- Travel periodically throughout the year with sales teams to attend events and customer meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or master’s degree from four-year college or university
- Experience marketing to PreK-12 education market and/or education technology background preferred
- 5 years related marketing experience and/or training, ideally in field marketing or sales enablement
- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing and implementing strategy
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Event planning (in-person and virtual) software proficiency
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, content and project management software
- AI proficiency and the ability to use AI tools to improve marketing planning, campaign execution, content development, reporting, and sales enablement
- Ability to think strategically and independently and execute to a plan
- Great communicator, verbal and written, and can be effective in person or virtually with sales, customers, and marketing partners
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time and works well in a rapidly evolving sales environment
- Creative, innovative and thinks outside the box new ways to engage PreK-12th grade education marketing targets
- Metric driven and has the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
- AI expertise recommended for a Field Marketing Manager, including using AI to summarize account and market insights, personalize campaign messaging, identify event and webinar follow-up opportunities, analyze performance data, generate first-draft content, and improve productivity across CRM, marketing automation, project management, and reporting workflows
