Job Description
Regional Manager overseeing Civil/Site Engineering projects while being fully remote. Driving growth and client relationships for Penn E&R in New Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior technical representative in-market
- Help expand the company’s presence
- Win new work
- Support client relationships
- Remain fully remote and closely integrated with internal teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. a plus
- Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)
- Hands-on experience including, but not limited to:
- – Civil/site design
- – Grading
- – Civil 3D
- Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities
- A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks”
- Highly self-driven and self-starting
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
