Job Description

Regional Sales Manager driving Precise Automation’s collaborative robotics growth across DACH, CEE, and France. Managing OEM and integrator accounts, new business, partnerships, and regional revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the assigned DACH, CEE and France regional sales strategy in alignment with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA
  • Manage and grow assigned OEM and integrator accounts
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities in Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab Automation/Integrators
  • Support and collaborate with system integration partners
  • Create sales and marketing collateral for integrators and OEM customers
  • Represent Precise Automation at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
  • Provide market feedback to R&D, Operations, and Product Management
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline development, and territory performance
  • Support cross-functional initiatives to drive regional growth
  • Contribute to forecasting, planning, and strategic discussions within the EMEA commercial team
  • Act as a consultative partner to OEMs, integrators, and end-users adopting Precise Cobots
  • Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA and collaborate with Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance, and Manufacturing teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation, robotics, lab equipment, or high-technology markets
  • Proven track record of territory management, account development, and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of laboratory automation
  • Familiarity with Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab Automation/Integrators
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and engineering teams
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the Senior Sales Manager, EMEA
  • Ability to travel frequently across region (40%+)
  • Fluency in English required
  • Additional European languages highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Professional, structured communicator with excellent time management
  • Comfortable building relationships at senior levels and across technical teams
