Job Description
Regional Support Manager overseeing aged care operations across Queensland with a focus on operational excellence. Leading teams to enhance resident experience within a growing community organization.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Regional Manager drive operational excellence across the portfolio of homes with a focus on quality, consistency and leadership development.
- Support Managers at the homes to optimise their workforce, continuously improve resident experience and ensure both clinical and non-clinical compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in senior leadership roles in aged care.
- A track record of leading large and diverse teams, with a proven ability to lead change and improvement in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Outstanding customer service and a customer-first approach.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of quantitative data and qualitative data, coupled with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans, with a track record of driving compliance.
- Knowledge and understanding of funding, health/aged care national policy and regulations.
