Job Description
Regional Vendor Manager responsible for vendor oversight and performance management across North America. Ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance for KBS operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight, performance management, and compliance of vendor partners across assigned customer programs
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, disciplined operational execution, and full alignment with KBS standards
- Drive and continuously improve the commercial, operational, and performance outcomes of KBS Vendor Partners
- Enforce vendor accountability through the EAAP framework (Escalations, Attendance, Audits, Projects)
- Support the Vendor Partner (EPV) program
- Analyze performance trends and implement process improvements
- Conduct one-on-one meetings to drive accountability and results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or facilities services
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Commercial negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Multi-site service delivery and vendor performance management
- Facility services and janitorial operations preferred
- IVR systems and service platforms (e.g., Service Channel, Corrigo) preferred
