Job Description
Freelance Reha-Manager supporting people after serious illness or accidents. Developing individualized rehabilitation plans and coordinating medical, occupational, social, and care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic advice and support to people following an accident or serious illness
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
- Support clients throughout all phases of medical, occupational, and social rehabilitation
- Advise on care arrangements and social law matters
- Prepare well-founded assessments and comprehensive reports
- Assess care needs
- Develop individualized solutions to promote independence and social participation
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree, for example in social work, physical or occupational therapy, or a comparable field
- Experience in medical rehabilitation, such as orthopedics, trauma surgery, or neurology
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance law and regional care structures
- Confident manner, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and confidence using digital applications
- Category B driving license and willingness to travel
