Job Description

Reimbursement Business Analyst providing financial analysis, compliance tracking, and operational support to the Reimbursement Departments. Develops reporting tools and serves as a liaison between departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical, project management, and operational support to the Reimbursement & Chargemaster Departments
  • Support Medicaid supplemental and state directed payment programs, cost reporting activities, and broader reimbursement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, monitor key reimbursement metrics
  • Assist with audit preparation and regulatory documentation
  • Support budgeting and contractual analysis
  • Evaluate workflows, identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between Reimbursement, Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, IT, and operational departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ experience in lieu of education
  • 3-5 years of job-related experience
  • Area of study or major: Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a Revenue Cycle related field
