Job Description

Requirements Analyst at Luminare Health gathering business needs and testing processes. Collaborating with team members to document user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform project activities including gathering and documenting business needs and requirements
  • Establish test plan and develop test scenarios
  • Assist in testing processes
  • Work closely with team members to document user stories (requirements) and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in testing activities for each development phase

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in IT or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate, capture and document business needs and requirements
  • Basic understanding of information technology and business concepts
  • Familiarity with general business functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to coordinate with others to push projects to completion and develop creative solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Experience with Full Lifecycle Development (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of various types of data files (inbound and outbound)
  • Experience with user acceptance testing activities, plans, and tracking changes through sign-off required
  • Ability to multi-task and manage workload in accordance to set priorities
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate with employees and customers at all levels
  • Experience in creating, maintaining and executing test scripts
  • Ability to write up test criteria’s and test cases
