Job Description

Remote Reservation Specialist arranging hotels, flights, cruises, tours, and vacation packages for Maryland clients. Providing customer support, itinerary planning, supplier coordination, and travel booking assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with researching, planning, and booking travel arrangements
  • Coordinate reservations for hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, flights, car rentals, tours, and excursions
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and online communication platforms
  • Provide accurate travel information, pricing details, and destination recommendations
  • Maintain client records and booking information using online reservation systems
  • Communicate with travel suppliers and vendor partners to confirm reservations and travel details
  • Support clients before, during, and after travel to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Stay current on supplier promotions, travel policies, and destination updates
  • Complete required training programs and industry certifications
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Communicate professionally with travel suppliers and vendor partners
  • Collaborate with a supportive team environment focused on growth and success
  • Participate in ongoing educational programs and supplier webinars
  • Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry updates
  • Learn new products and services to better serve clients

Requirements:

  • High school student / high school level indicated in the posting
  • No previous travel industry experience required
  • Passion for travel and helping others
  • Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to create exceptional client experiences
  • Internet access for remote work
  • Ability to complete required training programs and industry certifications
  • Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful but not required
