Job Description

Residential solar incentives analyst processing state and federal applications, tracking revenue, and ensuring compliance. Supporting IGS Energy’s residential solar business through reporting and cross-functional operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process state and federal solar incentive applications accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with solar incentive program rules and requirements
  • Provide feedback and action items to leadership and internal and external partners
  • Develop and maintain tracking for solar incentive and project performance metrics
  • Publish regular reports on incentive application status
  • Monitor and analyze incentive revenue against projections
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement process changes
  • Become an expert on state and federal incentive programs
  • Review program documentation for compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations
  • Research new incentive programs to support business expansion
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to track incentive transactions
  • Collaborate with Operations and IT to integrate incentive requirements into project workflows
  • Create and modify user guides, job aids, and training documentation
  • Review and audit completed work, make corrections, and report status to management
  • Meet accuracy, Service Level Agreement, team, and financial targets

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Economics, or other applicable fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent working experience
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, VLOOKUPs, nested If-Then statements, and Boolean logic
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write queries and manipulate data
  • Ability to master web-based applications and business tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and basic document management skills
  • Technologically savvy with acute attention to detail
  • Fast learner able to adapt to process and technology changes
  • Ability to adapt, grow, and thrive in periods of uncertainty
  • Solar Energy experience is a plus
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
