Job Description
Retail trader uploading complete U.S. brokerage histories and annotating five major trades. Mercor uses the data to study individual trading decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Export and upload the complete transaction history from a U.S. brokerage account
- Remove name, account numbers, address and other personal details before uploading
- Write a 100–250 word summary of trading strategy, typical holding period, instruments traded and platforms used
- Select at least five significant or influential trades
- Explain the entry or exit reasoning and information behind each selected trade
- Keep reflection on outcomes separate from original reasoning
- Ensure each explanation identifies a specific trade with matching symbol, date, side and quantity
- Complete the upload and all five annotations to receive payment
Requirements:
- United States only
- At least 2 years of active trading on your own account
- At least 1,000 trades over that period
- Complete brokerage trade history covering at least 24 months, with every trade included
- Account with a U.S. retail broker, such as Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, E*TRADE, Webull or Interactive Brokers
- Trade stocks; options also count
- Age 18 or older
- Willingness to share complete brokerage trade history with no trades removed
- Signing Mercor's Expert Content License Agreement
- Current or former professional traders must use their own personal account only
- Trading history and annotations must be provided in accordance with the data license agreement
Benefits:
