Job Description

Junior Trader executing CEX and DEX trades while monitoring risk and P&L. Building analytics and tooling for a crypto and DeFi trading operation.

Responsibilities:

Execute and manage trades across centralized and decentralized venues, including order books, AMM pools, and concentrated liquidity positions
Monitor positions, inventory, and P&L in real time
Identify risks early and act on them
Build and improve desk tooling, including position trackers, reporting dashboards, hedging workflows, and reconciliation
Analyze market and execution data to investigate slippage, pool profitability, and fill quality
Develop depth in market structure and protocol mechanics, including AMMs, PMMs, and lending protocols
Work directly with senior traders across strategies
Take on independent responsibilities quickly

Requirements:

0–3 years of experience
Strong quantitative foundation in probability and statistics
Python preferred, ideally applied to financial modeling or data analysis
Experience with pandas, notebooks, and messy datasets preferred
R, MATLAB, SQL, or serious Excel modeling considered relevant
Real interest in crypto and DeFi; demonstrated engagement with the space
Sound judgment under pressure
Precise communication
Self-directed and adaptable
Comfortable operating autonomously across time zones in a remote-first environment
