Job Description

MSSP Revenue Assurance Analyst operationalizing quote-to-cash, licensing, forecasting, and partner processes. Supporting SentinelOne’s AI-native cybersecurity platform and cross-functional revenue operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and operationalize enhancements to MSSP revenue operations processes, systems, and frameworks.
  • Support the MSSP quote-to-cash process from quoting and ordering through provisioning and billing.
  • Implement process improvements and resolve operational issues across system-owning teams.
  • Operationalize MSSP deal structure, pricing, and licensing processes, including consumption-based licensing.
  • Support MSSP forecasting, pipeline management, revenue reporting, and partner tracking of end customers.
  • Execute the MSSP partner lifecycle framework and support partner onboarding and advancement.
  • Support the MSSP product transition and coordinate associated contracts and processes.
  • Partner with IT and enterprise applications teams on CPQ, Legal, and MSSP business systems, including requirements gathering, testing, and rollout.
  • Document processes and maintain operating procedures.
  • Use AI and automation tooling to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Surface operational insights, issues, and improvement opportunities to senior analysts and MSSP Sales Leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in revenue operations, sales operations, partner operations, or business operations within a high-growth technology company; MSSP revenue operations or partner operations experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience executing and improving revenue operations processes across quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, or partner lifecycle functions.
  • Familiarity with CPQ, contract lifecycle management, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with consumption-based licensing models and supporting processes.
  • Experience working with AI and automation tooling, such as Claude or Gemini.
  • Strong analytical skills with operational and revenue data.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales leadership, finance, legal, product, and IT.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to document processes clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
