Job Description
Experienced Revenue Integrity Liaison managing education and auditing for professional billing and revenue integrity workflows at OU Health. Supporting departments with targeted education and performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Support departments, clinics and providers with education on professional billing, charging, coding, registration, referral, and authorization workflows.
- Independently identify and analyze charging, coding, documentation, and billing trends impacting professional revenue.
- Provide targeted education and recommendations to providers and departments to improve revenue cycle performance.
- Develop and present performance metrics and trend analyses to operational leaders by running and reviewing standard reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and delivery of revenue cycle education and training programs.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 5 years of advanced professional revenue cycle or revenue integrity experience
- CHC, CPB, CPMA or CPC within 1 year of hire date.
