Job Description

Revenue Operations Associate optimizing Salesforce, revenue processes, forecasting, and analytics. Supporting CharterUP’s AI-powered group transportation and mobility marketplace as it scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales unit leaders and executive leadership to define, document, and manage the end-to-end revenue process
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for revenue-process optimization
  • Design, implement, and document standardized lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and post-sales processes
  • Serve as secondary administrator for the revenue stack centered on Salesforce and Outreach
  • Configure and customize Salesforce and lead integration-enhancement projects
  • Ensure revenue-stack data integrity and contribute to the technology roadmap
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting across Sales, Account Management, Support, and other revenue functions
  • Own monthly commission calculations, data review, and Cost of Sales analysis
  • Analyze and assist with annual and quarterly revenue targets, forecasting, and compensation-plan design
  • Provide forecasting support to improve forecast accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of pipeline health, sales productivity, campaign effectiveness, and customer churn/retention
  • Ensure alignment across Sales segments, Finance, Marketing, and Partner and Service Operations

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Experience preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience in a marketplace business is a plus
  • Advanced Excel/GSheets skills
  • Some experience with SQL
  • Expert-level proficiency as a CRM Administrator
  • Salesforce required; certification not required
  • Demonstrated experience managing an integrated tech stack, including sales engagement, marketing and process automation, AI, and analytics products
  • Analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts related to revenue
  • Ability to balance speed with durability/scalability and steer projects to completion
  • Eagerness to incorporate AI intelligently
