Job Description
Implementation Manager overseeing project delivery, governance, and team performance for Accordant Managed Services. Ensuring successful client onboarding and project execution in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle
- Review project setup and validate budget alignment
- Monitor project risks and timelines
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
- Address employee relations concerns
Requirements:
- Experience in project governance and execution
- Strong leadership and performance management skills
- Knowledge of risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Experience with client onboarding and SOW reviews
- Familiarity with project monitoring and resource coordination
- Ability to manage scope changes and impacts
