Job Description
Sage Intacct implementation specialist supporting accounting-system implementations for software companies acquired by Partner One. Guiding users from system selection through deployment and post-implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Sage Intacct accounting solutions and projects
- Deliver implementation services and ensure objectives are met according to project management plans
- Apply commercial awareness in decisions, actions and communications
- Conduct end-user application training and provide follow-up documentation
- Oversee application build, testing and deployment activities
- Identify recommendations for additional services and products within and outside project scope
- Advise and guide users from system selection through go-live, post-implementation support and beyond
- Report to the Director of Finance
- Perform recurring Sage Intacct implementations following new software-company acquisitions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Sage Intacct, performing Intacct implementations and/or end-user experience
- Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Quick learning skills and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Accounting experience with excellent understanding of financial software
- Knowledge or direct experience in native cloud accounting/ERP products, including Sage Intacct and NetSuite, and industry trends
- Post-secondary education in Finance/Accounting, Business and/or Information Systems
