Responsibilities:

  • Sell benefits, retirement, and supplemental insurance products to public schools.
  • Consult with current customers to meet their financial needs.
  • Develop customized employee benefits packages through annual benefit enrollments.
  • Maintain existing business-to-business accounts by directly selling insurance products.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in the specific territory.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to customize employee benefits packages.
  • Willingness to travel overnight.
